Microsorum pteropus Trident from Aqualine is an exceptionally attractive variety of the classic Java Fern. It features narrow, deeply divided leaves that form a trident-like shape, giving the plant a very airy, delicate, and elegant appearance in any aquascape.

This fern is extremely undemanding to keep, making it ideal for both beginners and advanced aquarists. Like other Microsorum species, Trident should not be planted directly into the aquarium substrate, as its rhizome may rot. It is best attached to hardscape elements such as driftwood, roots, or rocks using fishing line, thread, or specialized aquarium plant glue.
