Delivery Time:

• In-stock items: Delivered within up to 2 business days.
• On-demand / Out-of-stock items: Delivery time is specified individually upon order confirmation by phone or email.

Delivery Cost:

Shipping fees are calculated according to the official courier rates based on package weight, dimensions, and delivery destination (address or locker/office pickup).

Payment & Parcel Inspection

Payment Method:

We currently accept payment via Cash on Delivery (COD) – you pay the total cost of your order and delivery directly to the courier upon receiving the package.

Parcel Inspection Option:

All shipments are dispatched with an option to Inspect before payment. You have the right to open and verify the contents of your parcel in the presence of the courier before completing the payment.

Return Policy:

You have the right to return purchased items within 14 days of receiving your delivery, in accordance with consumer protection regulations.
